Overview: There was overwhelming positive feedback for the final roundtable at the October 21 PCPCC Summit in Washington, DC. You may recall that this segment was unceremoniously interrupted by a building fire alarm and many attendees had to leave shortly after to catch flights home. Well, you spoke - and we listened about your recommendations to re-present this panel as a national webinar.

Craig will speak with the group on the work being done at the Beacon Community Program on their work in implementing Health Information Technology towards transforming primary care.

Douglas S. Arnold, MBA                   
Executive Director, Medical Professional Services, Inc.
Mr. Arnold will discuss how to connect and securely share clinical information among a diverse group of physicians in small practices who have a heterogeneous set of HIT tools (from web access with email, modular EHR components to fully functional EHRs), a hospital, a Federally Qualified Health Center and a large laboratory provider in support of Meaningful Use and the continuity of care.
