Leadership

The Patient Centered Primary Care Collaborative (PCPCC) is  a coalition of stakeholders across the healthcare spectrum who have joined together to develop and advance the patient centered medical home.  The PCPCC is governed by a Board of Directors, an Executive Committee and an Advisory Board.  The Centers are led by Officers who are recruited from our Board, Executive Committee, and Advisory Board.
